Narrative
On Friday, May 29, 2026, a serious multi-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 95 in Stafford County, Virginia, involving a bus and six other vehicles. Survivor Rhonda Wright, who was a passenger on the bus, reported being jolted awake by the impact, stating the bus was traveling at a very high rate of speed before striking the first vehicle in a series of collisions. Authorities declared the incident a “Mass Casualty Incident” in response to the scale of the crash.
