Narrative
On April 24, 2026, at approximately 9:46–9:47 a.m., Plymouth Police received 911 calls reporting a blue Volvo driving erratically, followed immediately by a report of a two-car head-on crash at 232 Warren Avenue in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The incident began when Plymouth Police responded to a domestic violence 911 call at 9:37 a.m. and found that the male suspect had fled the scene in the blue Volvo; officers located the vehicle and pursued it along Route 3 North before terminating the chase due to the driver’s erratic operation.
The driver of the Volvo was pronounced deceased at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth and has not been publicly identified; the driver of the Porsche Macan involved in the head-on collision was transported to an area hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
