Narrative
On the morning of April 25, 2026, a single-vehicle rollover crash occurred along US-258 in Onslow County, North Carolina, involving 36-year-old Justine Sweeney of Halifax, Massachusetts. Investigators allege that Sweeney was operating the vehicle at a high rate of speed and had admitted to consuming a controlled substance prior to the crash.
