On Saturday night, October 25, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Massachusetts State Police troopers responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash on Route 3 northbound near Exit 22 in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
One occupant of the vehicle died from injuries sustained in the crash. A second occupant was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
