Narrative
On Wednesday, May 21, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a wrong-way driver crossed the median on Route 3 in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and struck a vehicle head-on driven by 20-year-old Isaiah Portocarrero. A second vehicle then struck Portocarrero’s Acura, causing additional damage. Dashcam footage captured the moment of impact.
