On Friday, May 29, 2026, a multi-vehicle crash involving a bus and six other vehicles occurred on Interstate 95 in Stafford County, Virginia. Authorities declared the incident a “Mass Casualty Incident.” Survivor Rhonda Wright, a passenger on the bus, told The Washington Post she was jolted awake by the impact, stating, “The bus was going really, really fast.”
