Narrative
On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at approximately 4:20 p.m., a wrong-way crash occurred on Route 3 northbound near Westford Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. According to Massachusetts State Police, a vehicle traveling southbound on Route 3 crossed the median and collided with several vehicles on the northbound side of the highway. Dashcam footage captured the moment the vehicle jumped the median and struck another vehicle.
