Narrative
On Monday, April 27, 2026, shortly before 5:00 a.m., a serious two-vehicle crash occurred on Alewife Brook Parkway near Matignon Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Massachusetts State Police responded to the scene, where photos revealed major damage to both vehicles involved.
Both drivers sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash. Investigators believe at least one of the vehicles left the roadway and collided with a tree. Alewife Brook Parkway was closed following the incident.
